Hi! My name is Madi, I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, former D1 collegiate athlete and current gym owner with 6+ years of experience. That experience ranges from Functional Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Muscle Building, Fat Loss, Body Recomposition & Strength and conditioning. I have worked with a variety of people at different fitness levels and with different goals. My focus is creating adaptive programs, specific for each client, in order to optimize results & maintain a healthy lifestyle. Each session is programmed to achieve YOUR specific fitness goals, and is based on your current fitness level, current health and past experience with fitness. Sessions are 45-60 minutes, and include a warm up, full workout and core work. All Clients receive 1 Inbody Body Composition Analysis per month included with consistent training _________________________________________ New Client First Session This session will focus on discussing Clients personal fitness goals & health history. Together, we will create realistic short term and long term goals, & complete a 45-60 minute Evaluation and Full-Body Strength Training Session. This session will help me gage your current fitness level and create your customized program going forward. _________________________________________ Semi-Private & Private Sessions Semi-Private sessions consist of 3-6 Clients training independently with individual corrections, modifications and guidance throughout the session. This is a great option for beginners and seasoned lifters and a great way to connect with others with the same goals (This is not a Class or Group Training) Private Training consists of 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training where I will guide you throughout each movement making corrections and modifications. This is a great option for beginners with zero strength training experience or someone who has extensive performance or physical goals. _________________________________________ Location: MOVEMNT TRAINING 1030 Gettysburg Ave Suit 103 Clovis, California Semi-Private Pricing Breakdown: 1 Session a week = $45 per session 2 Sessions a week = $40 per session 3 Sessions a week = $35 per session 4-5 Sessions a week = $30 per session Private Training Pricing: Each Session is $60+ 80-90 Minute Sessions: $15-$20 added onto session price Group Training: $20 per class (Group sessions are added occasionally to the schedule & will always be posted on social media for RSVPs) Pricing Subject to ChangeBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel after the 24 hour time frame you will be charged 50% of your missed session unless it is rescheduled within the same week. If the rescheduled session is canceled, 100% of the session will be charged.
All no-shows & last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the session. Reoccurring Cancellations and No-Shows will result in dismissal.
